
Junior College, Department of Food and NutritionThe Junior College was founded with the aim of producing dietitians capable of using their knowledge of food and nutrition to aid in the prevention of disease. Graduates of the college are now active in all areas of society.Structure of the CurriculumThe curriculum consists of a group of compulsory subjects and a group of elective subjects. The elective subjects include essential knowledge for dietitians, specialized electives, liberal arts, subjects for Nutrition Teachers and free electives.
