The Nutrition Clinic offers everyday food education for healthy individuals, and dietary treatment for those suffering from chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. The Clinic's goals are not only to help people regain health but also to guide them to develop a healthier lifestyle. The Food Analysis Service Center provides community services for research, testing and analysis. Human Life and Culture:This section is in the vanguard of the study of health-related social issues, such as food and the environment. It works closely with other offices of the University, including the Offices of Food Ecology, Human Studies, Zoology, Food Preparation, and Cultural Anthropology. It conducts a wide range of research activities both at home and abroad. |
