
Other Divisions and CentersLe Printemps is a patisserie shop located at the front of the Komagome campus. It plays an important role of providing students of the Vocational College's patissier course a place for practical training. During a practical training week, four to six students in turn take part in baking cakes at the kitchen, facilitated fully as a professional patissier's kitchen. At the start, students will only be measuring and weighing ingredients and washing dishes. However in the latter half of the week, they will learn to take cost into account and are expected to create products that make ends meet, and serve customers themselves. Serving customers will teach students the manners and know-hows of real business entities. Le Printemps has a tea room (2 tables) and is open to general public.
