The Division has been publishing quality educational books and periodicals since its founding in 1950. Our books range from cookery, nutrition sciences to health care guidance. Many are highly valued for their uniqueness and authencity of information they convey. We also produce distribution free of charge articles for inclusion in corporate in-house magazines. Over the last half a century, publishing has become one of the main means for the University to reach out to wider public. It has helped the University to acquire the role of an opinion leader committed to the promotion of healthy eating and nutrition awareness. The Publishing Division also organizes seminars and events to promote health in cooperation with other organizations and companies. There are numerous recipes, together with photos, and materials on food-related fields accumulated over the years. These assets from our long history are utilized through the seminars and other activities that we organize, together with latest research findings from the University. |
